Caveoni Homes & Rentals Cancellation Policy
At Caveoni Homes & Rentals, we understand that travel plans may occasionally change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and property availability while maintaining the quality of service we provide.
Please review the policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Guest Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full 100% refund of the booking amount.
Partial Refund
Reservations cancelled within 12 hours of check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
However, for multi-day reservations, guests may still receive a full 100% refund for any remaining unused nights after the cancellation date, excluding the current check-in day and any nights already used.
No Refund
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the official 3:00 PM check-in time on the reservation start date.

Host Cancellation Policy
In rare situations where Caveoni Homes & Rentals must cancel a reservation due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Property maintenance emergencies
- Safety concerns
- Utility outages
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions or unforeseen operational challenges
Guests will receive a full 100% refund of all payments made for the reservation.
Guests may also be offered alternative accommodation options where available.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during booking.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and approval. Changes in dates, guest count, or stay duration may result in pricing adjustments.
Caveoni Homes & Rentals reserves the right to decline modification requests that conflict with availability or operational policies.
Early Departures & No-Shows
- No refunds will be provided for early departures after check-in.
- Guests who fail to arrive without prior communication may be considered a no-show, and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
Force Majeure
Caveoni Homes & Rentals shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Acts of government
- Public health emergencies
- Power or internet outages outside property control
- Transportation disruptions
In such situations, refunds or reservation adjustments will be handled at the discretion of Caveoni Homes & Rentals in accordance with applicable circumstances.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes, emergencies, or travel interruptions that may affect your reservation.
Agreement to Policy
By confirming a reservation with Caveoni Homes & Rentals, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
