Absolutely loved this stay! Close enough to town but felt like we were miles away and all alone. The design of the structure and the massive walk around decks overlooking a beautiful pond were perfect. I am an avid bass fisherman and the pond on property was stocked quit nice with lots of bass. Just all around a great stay. We would most definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay! It was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and such a unique experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts provided all the amenities we needed, making our stay easy and relaxing. We had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

The property was amazing! Felt very secluded but also not too remote. Easy to get to downtown hot springs from the house. The amenities were very intentional and well thought out. The outdoor space was excellent and the hot tub was clean and functioning well. Would definitely recommend this place for couples looking for a romantic getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Cheryl. We will return for another stay in the future. The space is so relaxing and comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept at a short term rental. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space very much. Also, if you like to cook, the outdoor pizza oven is awesome.

The nest was honestly so perfect for our couples getaway. It is about 15-20 min from downtown hot springs, so it is away from the hustle and bustle. it is very private and quiet. The bed is extremely comfy! We also really enjoyed the hot tub after the long days. Easily one of the better rentals we have stayed in.

The bluebird was exactly as described and in photos. It was a magical place to stay with lots to do there on the property. Hot tub was in great, working condition and very clean which is not normally the case for us with some other vacation home rentals. I appreciate all the details, including the scent which immediately envelops you soon as you walk in and just takes your stress away. We always appreciate when we are able to take our pups on vacations with us and Cheryl was very accommodating. Thank you again, we will definitely be back!!!

We had a peaceful and serene stay at The Nest in early May. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing and unplugging. Cheryl was a responsive and thoughtful host, and we really appreciated how quickly maintenance handled a few minor items during our stay, it didn’t disrupt our experience at all. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend The Nest to anyone looking for a calm, nature-filled getaway.

A Hidden Gem in Hot Springs! My stay at The Nest was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Cheryl goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. The location is ideal—close enough to enjoy everything Hot Springs has to offer, including the historic Bathhouse Row, but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Cheryl’s attention to detail and local recommendations really made the trip special. If you’re looking for a top-tier rental experience in Arkansas, I can't recommend The Nest enough. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on my next trip to town!

This was the perfect winter getaway! My husband and I came with all the supplies so we had no reason to leave! Unlike most rentals these days, the Nest had all the essentials from kitchen seasoning to blankets & soap! It was so easy to feel at home and relax!

My Wife and I stayed for 3 nights, and everything was as pictured. Everything worked very well, bed was super comfy, and the space was private. Mrs. Cheryl was very helpful and kind with all the questions we asked and always responded quickly.
